settings below and then try again.
As you are playing clips that require
a licence to play, from time to time
to will see the following dialogue
box pop-up. This is an opportunity
for you to backup all the Windows Media
licences on your PC - this includes
licences acquired from other site such
as music download sites, premium content
etc. It is recommended that you back
up your licence store frequently.
Click Back Up Now to backup
your licences. You can alter the backup
licence options by clicking the Tools menu
and then choosing Options. Click
on the Player tab.
Should you experience problem playing
the content, please ensure that Internet
Explorer Security settings and your Firewall
setting are set correctly. To check
your firewall settings, please look
at the help section of your particular
firewall (they are all different).
The check the Security Zone settings
on your PC, navigate to the Security
tab on the Windows Media Player (Under Tools..Options)
or via your Internet Explorer (Tools..Internet
Options..Security).
